You can also find a direct link to their profile page on your colander if you have had lessons with them before. Simply click on the direct link to their profile page and go to your tutor’s profile page. Then click the ‘Book a paid lesson’ button next to your tutor profile.

Purchasing large batches of lessons are only advisable after you had a number of lessons with your chosen tutor and you are satisfied with your lessons. However if you still think that we may be able to help please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try and resolve your issues.

If your tutor does not attend your lesson you will not be charged for that lesson. Just email one of our admin staffs with the date and time of the lesson and we will replace that lesson by adding a free lesson to your unscheduled list with the same tutor. This is a very rare occurrence.
If the lesson has been made available to you at the right time and you did not attend it, then you will be charged for that lesson. You can contact your tutor and explain your reasons. Tutors can decide at their own discretion to give you extra time in their future lessons to compensate for the lost time.
We strongly urge you to only pay for lessons you intend to use. We do not currently have the facility to make refunds.
Yes you can cancel a lesson up to 48 hours before the lesson is scheduled for. Any cancellation after this watershed would be at the discretion of your tutor and you may be charged if you do not attend. If your tutor agrees then he or she can cancel the lesson and then this lesson will be added to your unscheduled list.
We call these types of lessons the unscheduled lessons. These are lessons that you have bought from a tutor but have not yet fixed a date and time for. You can schedule them when you wish to used them subject to your tutor availability.

This is why we strongly suggest that you should use the opportunity of the free trial lessons where you are introduced to your prospective student and their learning requirements. If you decide not to take on a student you should make your decision clearly know to them and to document your decision in writing as a message on our website. Any lessons purchased by the students after your message are technically void and non-refundable. This is a very rare occurrence but we recommend that you should honour any of their already purchased lessons and give them and us ample warning that you do not wish them to purchase any further lessons from you.
In our view you are self-employed and with any student purchase you enter a direct contract with them. We only oversee the process to make sure that your contract with your student is carried out correctly.
In the rare event that a student does not attend a paid lesson, you will have to remain present for the whole duration in case they attend late. Do message them via the website and inform them that you are in the classroom and waiting for them to start your lesson. You will be paid fully for a lesson that your student does not attend. If a student does not attend a free trial lesson, we recommend that you wait for 10 minutes before leaving the classroom. In the meantime do message them via the website and let them know that you are waiting for their arrival.
You will not be paid for a lesson you do not attend. Not attending a lesson without a prior notice to your student is not very professional. We strongly recommend that you should inform your student about your inability to attend and to provide them with reasons and cancel the lesson so that it can be rescheduled for a later date.
